Extra bed (chair bed) for children under 12 costs 1500 rubles and available in rooms 111, 110. Accommodation of a child under 7 in the room «Deluxe» is free of charge.
Our guests are welcome to take invited visitors up to 11 p.m. If the visitor stays in a hotel room after 11 p.m., the tariff rates paid on double occupancy.

Restaurant «Tamerlan» offers:
- Room service from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6 p.m. to 12 p.m.
- Daily updated business-lunch.
- In the «Comfort», «Studio» and «Deluxe» rooms no more than two persons are served.
- Price of service (without food and drinks) in the room for one person:
- breakfast - 100 rubles,
- lunch, dinner - 200 rubles.
Transfer from o the airport of Orsk by car - 700 rubles, by minibus - 1,000 rubles, transfer from o the airport of Orenburg by car - 4500 rubles, by minibus - 9000 rubles.
Time for check-in and check-out is 12 p.m.
The hotel needs to be informed in advance about the delay of a guest’s arrival. The room will be reserved for guests to7 a.m. the following day.In case of your earlier arrival you can spend your time at restaurant «Tamerlan» enjoying fine food from our chief Dmitry Frolov or take an relaxing stone massage at "Yashma Spa" while waiting for check-in.
Charge for cancellations or hotel services
Cancellations in less than one day to 12 p.m. or no-show in the reserved room until 7:00 a.m. the following day will be charged as the daily room rate. Cancellation of the services of the salon of health in less than in 2 hours is charged by the price of 1 hour service.
